消银颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病的效果及对免疫系统的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨消银颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病治疗效果及对免疫系统影响效果。方法 选取2013年5月~2014年9月我院收治100例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分别采用常规方法和消银颗粒治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、药物不良反应及对金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)等免疫因子影响情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%明显高于对照组82.00%总有效率,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组皮肤瘙痒、肝功异常、胃肠反应及皮肤脱屑等药物不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组患者MMP-9、MIF、TNF-α阳性例数明显多于对照组,两组间各值比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 消银颗粒治疗银屑病可提高治疗效果,改善患者免疫系统,具有显著临床治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective To explore the influential effect on immune system of Xiaoying granules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to September 2014 were randomly divided to control group and observation group, and they were treated with conventional method and Xiaoying granules. Clinical effect, adverse drug reaction and influence on immune factors such as matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9), macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-a)of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group 96.00%, which was significantly higher than 82.00% of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions such as skin itch, abnormal liver function, gastrointestinal reaction and desquamation of skin of observation group (P 〉 0.05). The number of positive cases of MMP-9, MIF and TNF-a of observation group was significantly larger than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Xiaoying granules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris can improve clinical effect by improving patients' immune system with significant clinical effect, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
