腹腔镜术中低体温对机体的影响及预防措施 被引量:12

摘要 目的 探讨低体温对腹腔镜术中的影响,并分析实施相应保暖措施后的效果。方法 选取2010年1月~2014年1月入住我院进行腹腔镜手术的患者200例,随机将其分为两组,对照组患者实施常规腹腔镜手术,保温组患者在进行腹腔镜手术时,为患者实施相应保暖措施。对两组患者进入手术室后2、2.5h,术后2h体温以及术后并发症等情况进行比较。结果 保温组患者进入手术室后2、2.5h,术后2h体温显著优于对照组患者(P〈0.05)。保温组患者并发症例数明显少于对照组患者(P〈0.05)。结论 在腹腔镜手术中为患者实施相应的保暖措施,不但可以让患者体温保证相对稳定,从而降低了并发症发生的可能性,还可以提高手术的安全性,促进术后的康复,因此可以将保温方案应用在腹腔镜手术中。 Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic intraoperative hypothermia on body, to analyze the effect of the implementation of appropriate measures to keep warm. Methods 200 cases of laparoscopic surgery patients from January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were given conventional laparoscopic surgery, while patients in the insulation group were given implement appropriate measures to keep warm during the laparoscopic surgery. The body temperature of patients in two groups after 2, 2.5h since entering the operating room and postoperative 2h, and the complications of the tow groups were compared. Results The body temperature of patients in the insulation group after 2, 2.5h since entering the operating room and postoperative 2h were better than that in the control group(P 〈 0.05). And the patients with complications in the insulation group were less than that in the control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Implementation of appropriate precautionary measures to keep warm during laparoscopic surgery for patients not only can make patients' temperature keep a relatively stable, thus to reduce the complications, but also can improve surgical safety, promote postoperative recovery, and therefore can be used in the heat preservation program in laparoscopic surgery.
