摘要
针对输变电设备的运维管理工作,利用安全生产管理信息系统、电力GIS地理信息系统和EMS能量管理系统等业务系统,在其之上建立了一套输变电设备智能化运维系统。通过打破各业务系统的信息孤岛,提出了一种设备基准态分析方法评价设备的健康程度,并从设备重要度和健康度两个角度对设备进行管控分级。采用基于案例与基于规则的推理算法进行故障预测,确定设备故障模式。最终利用状态评价、风险评估、监测预警和故障预测模块的结果,给出差异化的运维建议。本系统通过某例变压器的诊断分析结果,证明了该系统能够为输变电设备提供科学、准确的诊断和决策建议。
For operation and maintenance management of power transmission and transformation equipment, this paper used of power production management system(PMS), power geographic information system(GIS), energy management systems(EMS) and other business systems to establish a power transmission and transformation equipment intelligent operation and maintenance system. By breaking the information island in various business systems, this paper proposed the health of the state of a device benchmark analysis method to evaluate equipment, and from both equipment importance and equipment health to grading equipment. System Used case-based reasoning and rulebased reasoning for fault prediction, to determine the equipment failure modes. Ultimately, maintenance decision module combined the results of the state evaluation module, risk assessment module, monitoring & warning module and fault forecast module to give the differential operational suggestions. This system by analysing the case of the diagnostic process of a transformer, proved that the system is able to provide the diagnosis and policy recommendations of transmission and transformation equipment with scientific and accurate.
