摘要
血根碱是普遍存在于紫堇科、罂粟科、毛莨科和芸香科等植物中的一种苯并菲啶类生物碱,具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、改善肝功能等多种药理活性,已经在医药、兽药、饲料添加剂、生物农药、环境调节与消毒等领域得到较为广泛的应用。本文对近20年来国内外关于血根碱的药理活性及应用研究进展进行了综述,以期为血根碱的深入研究及开发利用提供参考依据。
Sanguinarine as a kind of quaternary benzo [c] phenanthridine alkaloid widespreading in Fumarioideae, Papavenreae, Ranunculaceae, Rutaceae and etc. plants, which has a variety of pharmacological activities of anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, improving liver function and so on. Sanguinarine has been widely used in the field of medicine, veterinary medicine, feed additives, bio-pesticides, environmental regulation and disinfection etc.. The research progress on application and pharmacological activity of sanguinarine in the past 20 years were reviewed in this paper, in order to provide a reference for in-depth research and development and utilization of sanguinarine.
