摘要
目的:观察中药外用治疗早期带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例用黄柏等配成的中药外用治疗,对照组80例口服阿昔洛韦加外涂阿昔洛韦软膏治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.5%,对照组为85.0%,治疗组在止疱、结痂、止痛、治愈时间均较对照组明显缩短。两组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外用治疗早期带状疱疹效果可靠。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of topical TCM on herpes zoster early. Methods： 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 80 patients with external application of TCM medicine. The control group of 80 patients were treated with oral acyclovir acyclovir ointment. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was 97.5%; it was 85.0% in the control group; the treatment group at blisters, crusting, pain, healing time was significantly shorter than the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM herb therapy for early herpes zoster can get reliable results.
