摘要
以全棉针织物Sumifix活性染料染色为研究对象,对大生产工艺和化验室工艺的一致性进行研究。通过提高固色温度、延长固色时间,来提高化验室工艺与大生产工艺的一致性。实践结果表明,优化的化验室工艺可以将大生产的符样率提高到98%。
Laboratory-to-bulk dyeing reproducibility of cotton fabric with Sumifix reactive dyes is studied. Laboratory-to-bulk dyeing reproducibility of cotton fabric is improved by prolonging the fixation time and increasing the fixing temperature. The results show that laboratory-to-bulk reproducibility is up to 98% by optimized laboratory processes.
