单硝酸异山梨酯联合曲美他嗪改善腹膜透析患者冠心病疗效观察 被引量:32

摘要 目的:观察单硝酸异山梨酯联合曲美他嗪治疗腹膜透析患者冠心病的效果。方法:67例腹膜透析并存冠心病患者随机分为两组,除常规治疗外,两组分别接受下列治疗,治疗组:单硝酸异山梨酯片20 mg/次,3次/d,曲美他嗪片20 mg/次,3次/d,对照组:单硝酸异山梨酯片20 mg/次,3次/d,观察3个月,对比治疗前后和两组之间理化指标、主要不良心血管事件、硝酸甘油片用量的变化和区别。结果:治疗组有效率为78.1%,心绞痛发作率46.9%,硝酸甘油片用量(3.38±2.23)片,对照组有效率34.3%,心绞痛发作率77.1%,硝酸甘油片用量(5.37±2.66)片,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 :应用单硝酸异山梨酯片和曲美他嗪片联合治疗腹膜透析患者冠心病效果良好、安全,有进一步临床推广应用价值。
