摘要
工业洗衣机由于工作在工业环境,存在各种干扰,工作环境较为恶劣,并且还要实现安全可靠、具有自动化等功能。通过分析、论证,论文提出了一种适用于工业环境工作的洗衣机控制系统设计方法,其核心为S7-200型PLC。实践证明,该系统工作稳定,能够实现预期目标,达到了较好效果。
Industrial washing machine for working in the industrial environment, there are all kinds of disturbances, the working environment is very bad, and also to achieve safe and reliable, has the automation function, reduces the labor intensity of people. Through analysis and demon-stration, this paper presents the design of the control system of a washing machine is applicable to the industrial work environment, its core is Siemens type S7-200 PLC. The practice proved that, the system is stable in operation, can achieve the desired goals, to achieve better results.
