摘要
实施薪酬激励,是破解大学校长职业化困境的切入点。现行的校长薪酬只是"身份制"工资,而非与管理能力和绩效挂钩的业绩工资。由于校长薪酬既缺乏外部竞争力又缺乏内部公平性,未能体现出校长的管理绩效。因此,要推进大学校长职业化,亟需参照市场化薪酬决定机制提高薪酬水平,优化薪酬结构,完善绩效考核机制,重建大学校长薪酬制度。
Salary incentive is the breakthrough point to break the plight of university president's professionalism. Nowadays, university president's salary is on behalf of his identity, not on behalf of the merit pay that based on labor's management ability and performance. President's salary not only lack of external competitiveness, but also lack of internal fairness. It isn't the reflection of president's management performance.To promoting president' professionalism, we need to reconstruct president' salary system, that is, raise the salary levels, optimize the salary structure, and establish the performance system.
