摘要
目的探讨综合气道护理管理方案在气管切开术后康复患者中的应用方法及效果。方法将60例气管切开术后康复患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采取常规气管切开护理方法,观察组采取综合气道护理管理方案,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者切开置管时间及住院时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合气道护理管理方案在气管切开术后康复患者中应用效果较好,可促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the application method and effect of the comprehensive airway nursing management program in the patients with postoperative rehabilitation after tracheotomy. Methods 60 patients who received postoperative rehabilitation after tracheotomy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control, 30 cases in each group, the conventionl nursing method was used in the control group and the comprehensive airway nursing management progr-am was adopted in the treatment group, the nursing effect was compared between the two group. Results The incidence of complications was lower in the treatment group than the treatment group and it was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, othere were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the indwelling time and hospitalization time between the two Group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive airway nursing management program for the postoperative rehabilitation of patients after tracheotomy is better and it can promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
