摘要
通过回顾住宅工业化的发展历程,本文阐释了贯穿于住宅工业化发展中的"开放建筑"理论思想,尝试从"开放建筑"理论视角探析住宅工业化,尤其是SI住宅体系所具有的长效性和适应性特点,以及对当下中国住宅工业化发展的借鉴意义,并在此基础上探讨中国住宅工业化未来的发展途径。
By reviewing the development course of industrialized house, this paper aim to explain the ＂open building＂ theory which is through the history of industrialized house. Explore and analyse the characteristics of industrialized house, especially the SI system house, which is the durability and adaptability, and its reference meaning to the development of industrialized house in China. Based on it, the paper tries to discuss the development approach of Chinese housing industrialization in the future.
