Application of Fast Fourier Transform Algorithm in Audio Power Amplifier Design

摘要 文章基于TPA3112D1设计了一种带啸叫检测与抑制功能的音频功率放大器。利用快速傅立叶变换算法(FFT)、压控放大(VCA)、和滤波网络实现了对音频信号的放大和对啸叫的实时检测和抑制。实际测试结果表明:功放输出端的最大不失真功率为5W,输出功率在50m W^5W的范围内,其啸叫的频率响应在500Hz^10KHz的范围内;系统的整体误差小于10%,效率大于80%。 A power amplifier with functions of howling detection and restriction was designed and fabricated, in this paper, based on the chip TPA3112D1. Fast Fourier Transforms Algorithm(FFT), voltage-controlled amplification(VCA), and filter network were applied to amplify the audio signal and to real-time monitor, eliminate the howling. Results of the tests indicated that maximum undistorted power of the power amplifier was 2W, the range of output of the system was from 20 m W to 2W, the frequency response of howling was in the range from 200 Hz to 10 k Hz; The inaccuracy of the whole system was less than 10% and the efficiency was higher than 80%.
