塔河缝洞型油藏注氮气工艺参数优化研究 被引量:17

摘要 塔河油田碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏经过历年多轮次注水替油,油水界面不断抬升、注水失效井逐渐增多。针对构造顶部"洞顶油"难以动用的问题,塔河油田形成了以气水混注为主导的注氮气提高采收率技术。为达到提高注气效果的目的,通过理论研究和现场试验总结对注气量、注气速度、焖井时间、开井工作制度等工艺参数进行优化。注气量设计以注气井剩余油估算和注气补能为依据,采用油藏工程方法计算;注气速度考虑"气液滑脱"影响,以大于6×104m3/d为宜;焖井时间不宜超过20 d;工作制度优化主要采用嘴流公式和多项管流公式进行油嘴设计。截至2013年底,塔河缝洞型油藏累计注气施工102口井/127井次,有效率87.5%,累计增油97 040 t,效果显著。 After multiple rounds of water injection in the fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs of Tahe Oilfield over the past years, the oil-water interface of oil wells is continuously rising and the effect on injection wells is becoming less and less. Considering the difficulty to recover the residual oil on top of the fractured-vuggy reservoirs, so N2-water injection technology is formed in Tahe Oilfield. In order to improve the effect, based on theoretical studies and field test summary, we design and optimize the N2-water injection volume, injection rate, shut-in time and work system. Volume injected should be based on residual oil and energy supplement size by reservoir engineering, considering the slippage of gas and liquid, the injection volume should be greater than 6×104m3/d, the shut-in time should not exceed 20 days, the work system design includes applying the equations of choke flow and pipe flow. Until the end of 2013, the N2-water injection has been applied in 102 wells for 127 well-times, the efficiency is 87.5% and the oil increment is 97,040 tons.
