摘要
食管胃交界腺癌(AEG)指发生于食管胃解剖交界线上下5cm区域的腺癌,以Siewert分型最为常用。第7版国际食管癌TNM分期对其也进行了划分。不同类型的AEG生物学行为不同,手术治疗方式也各异。目前SiewertⅠ型与Ⅲ型手术治疗策略的共识较多,对Ⅱ型的手术治疗争议较大。
Adenocarcinorna of esophagogastric junction （AEG） is located within 5 cm above and below the anatomic esophagogastric junction. The Siewert classification is most accepted by clinicians. The TNM staging of AEG is described in the 7th edition of the AJCC Cancer Staging Mamual. Different types of AEG have different biological behaviors and surgical treatment strategies. There are lots of consensus for Siewert type Ⅰ and Ⅲ, but controversy for type Ⅱ .
