摘要
经过十多年的发展,我国文化产业进入调整转型阶段,资源配置的有效性在区域产业发展中的作用进一步凸显。廓清区域文化产业发展的要素,遵循区域经济活动在空间、结构和组织上的最优化原则,立足于区域文化产业的增长与发展,有效配置资源,寻求区域文化产业的差异性,不仅可以促进国家文化产业的结构调整和空间布局的完善,也可促进区域文化产业的可持续竞合发展。
Through ten years of development, the cultural industry in China has stepped into the phase of restructuring and transformation, in which the effective allocation of resources is playing an increasingly important role in regional cultural industries. Outlining the cultural elements in developing the regional cultural industry, following the optimized principles in the space, structure and organization of the regional economic activities, adherence to the growth and development of regional cultural industries, effective allocation of resources, and seeking differences among regional cultural industries can not simply promote the structure adjustment of the national cultural industry and optimization of its spatial layout but help to facilitate sustainable development based on competition and cooperation of regional cultural industries.
