摘要
对转基因741杨木进行热压缩处理和油浴热处理,以提高其力学性能和尺寸稳定性。结果表明:杨木热压温度160℃、横纹压缩率30%、热压时间2 h,可使杨木含水率从76%降到10%;再经过210℃油浴热处理2 h,压缩杨木的2 h和24 h吸水厚度膨胀率大幅降低,尺寸稳定性大幅度提高。
The purpose of compression and high temperature thermal treatment with oil of 741 Populus wood was to improve mechanical properties and the dimensional stability. Results showed that the moisture content of Populus wood was decreased from 76% to 10% with compression temperatures of 160℃ for 2 h and the compressive rate of perpendicular to grain of wood of 30%. then with high temperature thermal treatment with oil of 210 ℃ for 2 h, after that, thickness swelling rate of water absorption of the densified Populus wood 2 h and 24 h was largely decreased and the dimensional stability was greatly increased.
