支气管哮喘严重影响老年患者的健康,其发病率逐年增高,且反复发作,并发症较多,病死率相对较高。因此,对老年支气管哮喘患者的日常护理至关重要,但常规护理往往不能达到满意效果。本文详细阐述了对老年支气管哮喘患者各阶段综合性护理的最新进展。
Bronchial asthma severely affects the health of elderly patients.Its morbidity rate increases annually,with the characteristics of repeated attack and many complications.Its mortality rate remains relatively high.Therefore,daily nurs- ing care for elderly patients with bronchial asthma is critically important,but routine nursing care often fails to achieve satisfactory effects.This article introduces in detail the latest updates of comprehensive nursing care at different stages for elderly patients with bronchial asthma.
