摘要
新常态是我国经济发展的新阶段,是经济发展的必经阶段。在2014年里,习近平总书记十次论述新常态,并赋予了新的含义。对于太原煤气化选煤中心来说,当前企业经历了分流、人员重组、运营方式多样化等各种变化。面临这种"新常态",我们应如何适应、理性面对,便成为了一道难题。从建设良好生态是适应中心发展新常态的前提条件、引领创新建设是适应中心发展新常态的有效途径、加强依法治企是适应中心发展新常态的根本保证三方面入手,提出了新形势下如何适应企业发展新常态,对企业发展提出了自己的见解。
