摘要
本文在不同目标市场定位下,采用MIX数据分别进行了不同子样本面板数据残差组份估计,研究小额贷款目标客户上移问题,结果表明:财务可持续对两类小额信贷机构的目标客户上移均未明确地产生负向影响;在特定条件满足的情况下,目标市场定位为低端市场的小额信贷机构才会出现目标客户上移;交叉补贴在目标市场定位为全面市场的小额信贷机构中可以得到统计支持;贷款技术、监管状态、法律地位对目标客户上移的影响在两类小额信贷机构中存在差异。
In different target market, error components estimators on panel data are carried on MIX data, to study the uplifting problem of target customers in microfinance. The results show that financial sustainability has no clear adverse effect on target customers uplifting; mission drift could arise in microfinance organizations which targeted low end market when certain conditions should met; cross -subsidization is statistically supported in microfinance organizations targeted broad market; such effects as lending methodology, regulation, legal status on target customers uplifting are different in different market orientations.
