关节镜下治疗肩胛下肌腱钙化性肌腱炎一例报道 被引量：2

摘要 肩袖钙化性肌腱炎是指肩袖内的钙化物沉积引起肩关节疼痛及活动受限等症状的临床病症,是引起肩关节疼痛的常见原因。据报道其发病率在2.7%至22%,发病年龄多为30~50岁,女性多见[1]。肩袖钙化性肌腱炎以累及冈上肌为多见,极少见于肩胛下肌[2]。其致病原因尚未明确,争议较大,有文献报道致病为组织缺氧所致[3]。其典型的临床症状表现为肩部剧烈疼痛,肩关节活动受限[4]。
