摘要
利用广东省东莞市新生代农民工的调查数据,探讨新生代农民工社区参与行为的性别差异,着重检验影响新生代农民工社区参与行为的各主要因素中的性别差异。研究发现:农村户口新生代农民工社区参与行为中的性别不平等要高于城市户口;年龄越小,新生代农民工社区参与行为的性别不平等越严重;受教育程度越低,新生代农民工社区参与行为的性别不平等越严重;身份认同感越低,新生代农民工社区参与行为的性别不平等越严重;社区归属感越低,新生代农民工社区参与行为的性别不平等越严重。
Based on the survey of the new generation of migrant workers in Dongguan city Guang dong Province, the paper discusses the gender differences of the new generation migrant worker-s＇commumty participation, in order to find gender differences in The main factors influencing on inspection of the new generation of migrant workers participation in community. The paper found that： gender inequality in migrant workers community participation behavior of rural household is higher than that of city residence; the younger the age, gender inequality is more serious of the new generation migrant workers community participation; the lower level of education, gender in-equality is more serious; the sense of identity is lower, gender inequality is more serious of the new generation of migrant workers community participation; the sense of belonging in the community is lower, gender inequality is more serious.
