摘要
介绍了一种电磁随钻信号接收仪器的设计。在硬件电路设计上,模拟电路包括前置放大器及调零电路、滤波电路、ADC电路,数字电路包括STM32及其外围电路等。在软件设计上,完成了包括FIR数字滤波、自然电位与失调电压补偿、曼彻斯特信号解码、与上位机的通信等功能。经过实验验证,仪器可靠稳定,能够迅速地处理淹没于恶劣噪声环境与较大自然电位中微弱的电磁随钻信号,实时显示解码信息。
The paper introduces a design of electromagnetic MWD receiving equipment. In the hardware design, the equipment includes analog circuits like the preamplifier circuit, zeroing circuit, filter circuit, ADC circuit and digital circuits like STM32 and its peripheral circuit. While in the software design, it has achieved the function including FIR digital fil- ter, natural potential/offset voltage compensation, Manchester decoding, communication with the host computer and so on. After experimental verification, the equipment is proved to be reliable and stable that can quickly deal with weak electromagnetic MWD signal sub- merged in bad environment with numerous noises and large natural potential, which can display the decoded information timely.
