摘要
电搭接的设计,直接影响飞机的安全和性能。梳理了APU系统电搭接设计所需遵循的适航条款要求和通用要求,详细分析了APU系统中不能采用直接电搭接的部件,给出了通过间接电搭接实现的设计案例,并以框图的形式分析了电流传导路径。所阐述的方法可为民用飞机APU系统电搭接设计提供参考。
The quality of electrical bonding will directly affect the safety and performance of an aircraft. This paper summarizes the regulation requirements and general requirements of APU system electrical bonding design. The components of APU system, which cannot be bonded by direct electrical bonding, are detailedly analyzed.Examples realized by indirect electrical bonding are given. And the current conduction path is analyzed by diagram. The method described in this paper may provide a reference for electrical bonding design of APU system for civil aircraft.
