摘要
随着时代的进步,社会的发展,人们的生活水平越来越高,与此同时,房地产事业发展的越来越壮大,房建工程的建设发展也如火如荼,房建工程的建设发展极大的促进了我国社会经济的发展,所以,我国政府和各界人士都非常重视房建工程的建设发展,建国以来,我国政府投资了大量的人力物力来支持房建工程的建设,并且出台了一系列政策来推动我国房建工程的发展,因此,我国房建工程得到了极大的发展。但是,在发展背后,我国房建工程的施工过程还存在很多问题,尤其是房建工程的施工成本管理中存在很多问题,文中就我国房建工程的施工成本管理中存在的问题进行了简要的分析,并且对此提出了相应的解决措施,希望对加强我国房建工程施工成本管理能够有所帮助。
Along with the progress of The Times,the development of the society,people＇s standard of living is higher and higher,at the same time,there is a growing real estate development,construction of the housing development is also in full swing,the construction of the housing development greatly promoted the development of social economy in our country,so,the Chinese government and people from all walks of life are attaches great importance to the construction of housing project development,since the founding,our government has invested a great deal of manpower material resources to support the construction of housing project,and introduced a series of policies to promote the development of housing construction in our country,therefore,the housing project got great development in our country,however,behind the development,in the process of housing construction in China still exist many problems,especially the house there are many problems in the cost management of construction projects,in this paper,the housing project construction cost management in our country are briefly analyzed,the problems of and put forward the corresponding solutions to this,hope to strengthen our country housing project construction cost management can help.
