摘要
全日制专业学位研究生培养制度的建立,是适应我国人才培养多元化的重大改革,目前还尚不完善。文章以全日制专业学位研究生实践创新能力的培养为中心,分析了影响全日制专业学位研究生培养质量的诸多因素,论述了培养全日制专业学位研究生实践创新能力的必要性,提出了解决这一实际难题的方法与途径。
The establishment of education system for full-time professional degree graduate was the important reform which adapts to multiplex personnel training, and was still imperfect at present. The manuscript is centered on training of practical and creative ability for the full-time professional degree graduate student, and numerous factors which affected the education quality and the necessity to train the innovative ability in practice for the full-time professional degree graduate student was analyzed and elaborated, and the methods and ways to solve this actual problem was proposed.
