摘要
电解溶解是一种有效的分离金属的方法,在电解槽中,对金属粉末的溶解研究,阳极溶解实验结果表明,添加硫酸铜、减小电流密度、升高温度和提高搅拌速率有利于降低槽压;增大电流密度和升高温度有利于样品的溶解。优化工艺条件为:电流密度为200 A/m2,搅拌转速20 rpm,温度为55℃,Cu2+浓度0.3 mol/L,H2SO4浓度1 mol/L。主要溶解金属有六种。
