响应面法优化超声波辅助提取皱盖假芝粗多糖工艺 被引量:4

Optimization of Ultrasound-assisted Extraction of Crude Polysaccharides from Amauroderma rude Fruit Bodies Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以经过渗漉脱杂处理的皱盖假芝(Amauroderma rude)子实体为材料,研究超声波辅助提取皱盖假芝粗多糖工艺,考察液料比、提取温度、提取功率和提取时间4个因素对提取率的影响,采用响应面法优化后,最终确定最佳工艺条件为:液料比30:1,提取温度80℃,提取功率50 W,提取时间60 min,获得最大提取率为3.18%。 Optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Amauroderma rude fruit bodies was undertaken using Box-Behnken design and Response Surface Methodology. Optimum extraction conditions were as follows: liquid-solid ratio 30:1, extraction temperature 80 ℃, extraction power 50 W and extraction time 60 min. Under these conditions, extraction yields of 3.18% were attained.
