永红煤矿回采工作面瓦斯综合治理技术研究

摘要 为了消除3306回采工作面突出危险性和降低开采过程中的瓦斯涌出量,在分析瓦斯危险程度的基础上,提出采前顺层钻孔预抽区段煤层瓦斯、采中高位钻孔抽采和采后埋管抽采的综合技术措施,采取措施后最大残余瓦斯含量为6.56 m3/t,区域验证指标瓦斯解吸指标(Δh2)为120 Pa,钻屑量(S)为1.8 kg/m,均小于突出临界值。工作面风排瓦斯量为4.56 m3/min,仅占瓦斯涌出量的29.78%。 To eliminate outburst danger on 3306 mining face, and reduce the quality of gas emission in extracting, based on the analysis of gas outburst content on 3306 mining face, comprehensive control technology was proposed, including drilling borehole parallel with coal seam for gas pre-drainage, high-level borehole construction in the process of mining, and buring pipe for gas drainage after mining. After the implementation of these methods, the maximum of residual gas content just is 6.56 m^3/t, the maximum of desorption index ( △h2 ) as the area index verification is 120 Pa, the maximum value of drilling cuttings weight(S) is 1. 8 kg/m, all of them are less than the outburst critical point. The value of gas drainage with air is 4.56 m^3/min in mining face,which just is 29.78% in gas emission quantity.
