摘要
目的探讨复方双柏液熏洗坐浴治疗痔手术后肛门肿痛的疗效。方法选择行痔手术的300例患者,按术后坐浴方法的不同分为观察组、对照A组、对照B组(每组100例),3组分别采用复方双柏液熏洗、康复新液熏洗、高锰酸钾液熏洗坐浴,对比3组的疗效、创面愈合时间、水肿消失时间、疼痛消失时间及患者满意率。结果对照A组、对照B组、观察组治疗总有效率分别为82%、80%、98%,患者满意率分别为80%、81%、99%,观察组的治疗总有效率及患者满意率明显高于其他2组(均P<0.05);观察组的创面愈合时间、水肿消失时间、疼痛消失时间均明显少于其他2组(均P<0.05)。结论复方双柏液熏洗坐浴对痔手术后肛门肿痛的治疗疗效确切、安全性好。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound double cypress liquid fumi-gation sitz bath in the treatment of anal swelling and pain after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods Three hundred patients who underwent hemorrhoid surgery were divided into three groups,with 100 patients in each group.The observation group,control group A and control group B were giv-en fumigation sitz bath with compound double cypress liquid,Kangfuxin liquid and potassium per-manganate solution,respectively.The clinical efficacy,wound healing time,edema disappearance time,pain disappearance time and patient satisfaction rate were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate and patient satisfaction rate in observation group（98%and 99%,respectively）were significantly higher than those in control group A（82% and 80%,re-spectively）and control group B（80% and 81%,respectively）（P 〈0.05）.In addition,wound heal-ing time,edema disappearance time and pain disappearance time in observation group were significant-ly shorter than those in control group A and control group B.Conclusion Compound double cypress liq-uid fumigation sitz bath is effective and safe for anal swelling and pain after hemorrhoid surgery.
