摘要
为提高胡桃楸嫩枝扦插生根效果,采用自动喷雾装置,研究了不同母树年龄、不同遮阴、不同基质、不同生根促进物质对胡桃楸嫩枝扦插生根率、生根数量和根系长度的影响。结果表明:7月初采集2年生母树嫩枝,使插条直径0.3 cm左右、长度10-12 cm、保留2片半叶,采用NAA500μg/ml+IBA500μg/ml对插穗进行2 h浸泡处理,在70%遮阴和蛭石基质试验条件下,生根率可达82.2%。
In order to improve the rooting effect of Juglans mandshurica Maxim. cutting,influences of different age of stock plants,matrices,shading intensity,the rooting promotion substances on rooting rate,root number and root length were studied using auto-spray system. The results show that using soft woods from 2-year old seed trees in early July,cutting diameter about 0. 3 cm,length 10- 12 cm,retains 2 half leaves,treated for 2 h by NAA 500 μg / ml + IBA 500 μg / ml,under the experimental condition 70% of shading intensity and vermiculite matrix has the best cutting rooting rate with 82. 2%.
