摘要
目的 探讨英夫利西单抗与肠内营养治疗Crohn病临床效果.方法 选取2013年2月至2015年4月我院收治60例Crohn病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用英夫利西单抗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合肠内营养治疗,比较治疗后两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组CDAI分低于对照组,IBDQ评分、BMI高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组治疗效果（93.33％）显著优于对照组（70.00％）（P＜0.05）.观察组咽喉炎、腹泻、肝功异常及荨麻疹等不良反应发生率和对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 英夫利西单抗联合肠内营养治疗Crohn病可明显改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得在临床推广应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of infliximab therapy and enteral nutrition in the treatment of Crohn＇s disease.Methods 60 patients with Crohn＇s disease in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group received infliximab therapy,observation group received enteral nutrition on the basis of control group.Compared therapeutic effect and adverse events of two groups after treatment.Results CDAI score of observation group was lower than that of control group,IBDQ score,BMI were higher than those of control group （P＜0.05）.Therapeutic effect in observation group was significantly better than that in control group （93.33％ vs 70.00％）（P＜0.05）.There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of pharyngitis,diarrhea,abnormal liver function and urticaria between two groups （P＞0.05）.Conclusion Infliximab therapy and enteral nutrition in the treatment of Crohn＇s disease can significantly improve patients＇ clinical symptoms and curative effect,worthy of clinical wide application.
