摘要 为提升白皎煤矿瓦斯灾害防治水平,分析了矿井瓦斯灾害特征,并以事故防治及预警理论为指导,在建设安全信息监测采集系统的基础上,构建了集突出预警、爆炸预警、通风在线监测分析于一体的瓦斯灾害预警系统,实现了瓦斯灾害的在线监测、综合预警和灾害信息的及时发布,提升了矿井瓦斯灾害防治精细化、规范化、过程化管理水平。现场应用表明,预警系统能对工作面瓦斯灾害危险进行准确、及时评价和预警,为矿井瓦斯灾害防治提供了技术支持。 In this paper,analysis was made on the characteristics of gas disasters in Baijiao Coal Mine in order to improve the gas disaster prevention level of the mine,by taking the accident prevention and early warning theory as the guidance and based on the construction of the safety information monitoring and acquisition system,a gas disaster early warning system was constructed,which integrated the outburst early warning,the explosion early warning and the on- line ventilation monitoring into a whole,this thus realized the on- line monitoring and integrated early warning of gas disasters and the timely release of disaster information and enhanced the refinement,standardization and procedural management level of gas disaster prevention and control. Field application showed that the system can provide accurate and timely evaluation and early warning for gas disaster hazard in the working face,and thus offered the technical support for the mine gas disaster prevention and control.
