摘要
抗战时期,中共党报的中心工作就是形成有利于全民族团结抗战的舆论。作为中共中央和陕甘宁边区政府的机关报,《新中华报》适时刊发中共高层言论,传播党的"团结、抗战、进步"的政策主张,进行了积极有效的抗战动员。其舆论动员的经验在于:充分发挥媒体"议程设置"功能,在公众中形成对抗战议题的广泛关注;实施"信息娱乐化"的宣传策略,进行全面抗战动员,发挥"把关人"的功能,形成有利于团结抗战的舆论导向;全面阐发党的政治主张,增强民众对党的政治认同。
During Anti-Japanese War, the central task for the newspapers of the Chinese Communist Party was to help form the public opinion which facilitates national unity and resistance. As the official newspaper of the Central Committee of the CPC and Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Regional Government, the New Chinese Newspapers carried out active and effective Anti-Japanese War mobilization, by reproducing the speeches of the CPC senior officials to spread the party's idea of continued resistance, unity and progress. The party organ's successful experience on public opinion mobilization lies in the following areas: give full play to the function of agenda setting by the media to attract public attention on Anti Japanese War topics; implement the publicity strategy of information entertaining to mobilize all-front resistance; play the role of outlet supervision to foster public opinion orientation that facilitates unified resistance; and publicize the political position of CPC to enhance people's recognition of the Party.
