摘要
目的探讨产妇的精神因素对分娩方式的和产后出血的影响以及相应的护理干预方法。方法将200例待产的产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组采用妇产科常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用全面的护理干预。记录所有产妇产后出血情况、分娩方式以及干预前后的心理状况。结果 200例产妇焦虑发生率为53.0%(106/200),抑郁发生率34.0%(68/200)。剖宫产产妇的焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显高于自然分娩产妇,产后出血产妇的焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显高于产后无出血产妇(P<0.05)。干预后所有产妇焦虑评分、抑郁评分均显著降低,且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇进行产前的全面护理干预,可以缓解产妇的紧张情绪,降低产妇对顺产的恐惧心理,同时可以降低产妇产后的出血量,对产妇的身心健康以及后期恢复有着重要的作用。
Objective To study effect of maternity mental factors on delivery mode and postpartum hemorrhage and relevant nursing intervention methods. Methods 200 maternity women were randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis. The postpartum hemorrhage, delivery mode and psychological status before and after intervention were recorded. Results The incidence of anxiety of 200 maternity women was 53.0%, the incidence of depression was 34.0%. The anxiety score and depression score of maternity women with cesarean section were higher than those of maternity women with natural delivery, the anxiety score and depression score of maternity women with postpartum hemorrhage were higher than those of maternity women without postpartum hemorrhage（P〈0.05）. After intervention, the anxiety score and depression score of 200 maternity women were decreased, and the improvement degree of observation group was better than that of control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can relieve the nervousness of maternity women, reduce the dread feeling of maternity women for natural delivery, and reduce the postpartum hemorrhage, which plays a vital role in physical and psychological health and postpartum recovery of maternity women.
