摘要 在南方塑料大棚内密闭式光照植物培养架中,以豌豆为试验材料,研究了不同LED光质(红光、蓝光、黄光、白光)对豌豆芽苗菜生长及其品质的影响。结果表明,与白光(CK)相比,红光和蓝光均可提高豌豆芽苗菜产量,且两处理间无显著差异。同时,蓝光处理有利于提高豌豆芽苗菜蛋白质含量和类胡萝卜素含量,促进VC的合成,并可降低粗纤维含量。红光处理能促进豌豆芽苗菜生长,提高体内叶绿素、可溶性糖及粗纤维含量,但抑制VC合成。综合来看,蓝光和红光混合可作为豌豆芽苗菜生长的最适光源。 Four kinds of LED light( red,blue,yellow and white light) were used to explore the effects of different light qualities on the growth and quality of Pisum sativum L. sprouts in greenhouse. It was discovered that the treatments of blue and red lights could increase the yield of pea sprouts while no significant differences were found between these two treatments compared with white light( CK). Meanwhile,the blue light could promote the contents of protein and carotenoid in the P. sativum sprouts,as well as the synthesis of VC,and it also reduced the crude fiber content of pea seedlings. Red light could increase chlorophyll,soluble sugar and crude fiber content of seedlings as for it could promote the growth of pea sprouts,but it inhibited the synthesis of VC. By comparison it was concluded that mixture of the blue and red light became the most suitable light to promote the growth and development of P.sativum sprouts.
