摘要
利用自制的磁化装置对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢刀具进行磁化处理,并利用测量仪器分析对比不同磁化参数下高速钢刀具磨损以及工件加工质量的变化情况,并通过观察高速钢试样表面形貌和设计隔绝氧气切削和普通切削对比试验,探究刀具磁化后切削性能得到提升的机理。试验结果表明:磁化参数对磁化效果影响较大,且W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢刀具最佳磁处理参数为30V、5 Hz、60s。磁场能促进微小磨屑的表面吸附,进而提高刀具的切削性能,且氧气的存在对工件表面粗糙度有一定的影响。磁化处理对高速钢残余奥氏体转变率的影响不是提高高速钢刀具耐磨性以及工件表面质量的主要原因。
The cutting tools made of high speed steel(HSS)W6Mo5Cr4V2were magnetized by homemade magnetization device,the change rule of the wear width of the cutting tools and the processing quality to workpieces after cutting tests with different magnetization parameters were analyzed by advanced measure instruments,and the mechanism of magnetic treatment improving the cutting performance of HSS cutting tool was also explored by observing the morphology of wear surface and comparative cutting experiments with or without oxygen.The results indicate that magnetization parameters play an important role in the magnetic effect of W6Mo5Cr4V2 HSS cutting tool and the optimal treatment parameters are 30 V,5 Hz and 60 s.Magnetic treatment can improve the cutting performance of the tool by adsorbing small chips on the material surface,and the presence of oxygen has also a great effect on the surface roughness of the workpiece.Magnetic-field-induced martensitic transformation is not the main reason of enhancing the surface roughness of the workpiece and improving wear-resistance of HSS cutting tools.
