新生儿败血症实验诊断方法研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 新生儿败血症是指细菌或真菌在新生儿期侵入血液循环,繁殖并产生毒素所造成的伴有全身炎症反应综合征的临床综合征,是目前造成新生儿死亡的主要原因之一。新生儿败血症的临床表现不典型,且由于新生儿各系统发育不完善,尤其是免疫力低下,若不及时治疗,可能并发其他严重并发症,从而延长住院时间和增加医疗费用,甚至可能遗留严重后遗症,从而提高了潜在医患矛盾的发生率。因此,早期诊断和治疗非常重要。
