提高血流储备分数准确性的探讨

摘要 临床上评估冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病严重程度是通过冠状动脉造影检查,可对于临界的病变,是否植入支架,则可以通过计算血流储备分数来决定,通过对比临床上常用的几种血管扩张剂,来探讨如何进一步提高计算血流储备分数的准确性。 Coronary angiography examination is an important method to assess the severity of coronary artery disease,but whether implanting stents need to calculate fractional flow reserve score for critical lesions. By comparing several vasodilators commonly used in clinic,how to further improve the accuracy of calculating fractional flow reserve score is discussed in this paper.
