暴发性1型糖尿病合并急性肝损伤及急性粒细胞缺乏1例 被引量:1

摘要 患者:男,15岁,因"发热、口渴、多饮、呕吐8 d余,伴意识不清1次"于2014年10月入院。患者于入院前8 d下午因进食大量水果后出现明显口干、多饮、多尿,伴发热(体温38.5℃)、呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物,于当地卫生所给予抗炎、补液(具体药物不详)治疗。
