摘要
对已经开裂的汽轮机转子轮盘的工艺孔进行了形貌观察、金相组织检验、断口能谱分析、工艺孔内壁的粗糙度、轮盘材料的化学成分分析及力学性能等检验,同时结合有限元模拟计算粗糙度对轮盘工艺孔强度的影响,分析了汽轮机转子轮盘工艺孔开裂的原因。结果表明:转子轮盘工艺孔内表面粗糙度过大,局部腐蚀介质聚集而形成裂纹,加之轮盘运行过程中的拉应力集中加快了裂纹的萌生及扩展,最终导致该汽轮机转子轮盘工艺孔的应力腐蚀开裂失效。
By macro and micro fracture morphology observations, metallographic analysis, EDS, surface roughness analysis, chemical composition analysis ,mechanical properties analysis on the rotor disk, and the calculation of impact of roughness on the strength of the rotor disk after FEA was studied. The failure causes of technological hole crack were investigated, and the improvement suggestions were put forward. The results show that local corrosion occurs due to the high surface roughness, and the cracks propagation appear under the combined action of stress concentration, and finally results in the fracture.
