摘要
以22MnB5高强汽车用钢板为研究对象,研究了加热温度和加热时间对钢板氧化失重率和脱碳层厚度的影响,并采用理论计算与实验结果相结合的方法分析了钢板的脱碳特性。结果表明,钢板中的氧化铁皮主要为Fe3O4,加热温度越高,加热时间越长,氧化失重率和脱碳层厚度越大。
Taking 22MnB5 high strength steel plate for automobile as the research object, the effects of heating temperature and time on oxidation mass loss rate and decarburization layer thickness of steel were studied, and the theoretical calculation and experiment results were combined to analysis the decarburization characteristics of steel plate. The results show that the main composition of ferric oxide in the steel plate is Fe3O4, with the higher heating temperature, and longer heating time, the oxidation mass loss rate and decarburization layer thickness are higher.
