摘要
丝绸之路是一个有着悠久历史和深厚文化内涵的空间概念和文化概念。文化与经济的相互介入,是古代丝绸之路形成和发展的重要特征。丝绸之路经济带建设是一个复杂的系统工程,文化产业是最佳切入点之一,有利于驱动全方位对外开放、增强民心影响力、改善对外贸易结构、扩大开放型经济。沿线国家和地区文化产业合作既具有历史基础和现实条件,同时也存在一系列的制约因素。要率先在丝绸之路经济带建设中取得文化产业区域合作的突破,应坚持文化植入、制度保障、优势互补、集聚带动、整体提升的原则,深化沿线国家和地区人文交流,探索建立文化产业合作机制,积极发展外向型文化产业,布局对外文化经贸合作区,加大对沿线国家对外文化投资。
Silk Road is a spatial and cultural concept with long histor y and profou nd cult u ral connotation.Mutual interposition between Culture and economy,is an important character of ancient silk road forming and developing.Silk road economic belt is a complicated systematic construction,cultural industry is the most suitable point entry,in favor of driving allround opening up,enhancing the inf luence,improving the business mode,expanding the open economy.Cultural industry cooperation among countries and area along the route has either historical and realistic foundation and condition,also exists many restraints.To get the regional cooperation of cultural industry breakthrough in the construction of silk road economicbelt,we should ad here to the cult u ral i mplant,the security system,complementar y advantages,agglomeration,the principle of overall ascension,deepen the cultural exchanges among the countries and regions along the route,exploring the cultural industry cooper at ion mecha n ism,developi ng t he expor toriented industry,designing the cultural economic and trade cooperation zones,increasing the investment on the countries' s foreign culture which are along the route.
