摘要
大同煤田为双系煤田,即侏罗系煤层和石炭二叠系煤层重叠赋存。由于上覆侏罗系煤层分为多矿井生产,井田内煤炭资源接近枯竭,需对下伏石炭二叠系煤层开采进行研究。通过对石炭二叠系煤层储量和科学产能的分析,评估了同忻矿千万吨现代化生产矿井设计的可行性,提出了对石炭二叠系大型煤炭资源进行整体规划和集中开发的思路,突破了上部已有矿井开采的条件限制,形成了完全独立的资源开发体系。对矿井生产和运输系统进行了全面分析,并根据石炭系煤层赋存条件,将大巷均在煤层中沿垂直方向上重叠布置,实现了"一柱多用",减少了煤柱损失,简化了开采系统,为综采工作面高产高效生产创造了良好条件。
Datong coalfield is double system coalfield, Jurassic coal seam and Permo-Carboniferous coal seam.Because overlying Jurassic coal seam is divided for several coal mine production, coal resource is nearly used up,mining underlying Permo-Carboniferous coal seam need be studied. Through analyzing reserve and scientific capacity of Permo-Carboniferous coal seam, the design feasibility of more than ten million tons of coal production of modern mine of Tongxin Coal Mine is assessed, the thought of overall planning and centralized developping large Permo-Carboniferous coal resource is put forward, the restriction of the upper existing mine mining is broken, the complete independent resource development system is formed. The mine production and transport system are carried on the thorough analysis, and according to the occurrence condition of Carboniferous coal seam, the alleys are overlapped along vertical direction in coal seams, " One column is multi-purpose" is achieved, the loss of coal pillar is reduced,the mining system is simplified, good conditions for high-productivity and high-efficiency production of fully mechanized working face are created.
