摘要
华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司2台600MW发电机组远动系统设备老化、内部软件设置不合理,影响了机组AGC调节性能,因此对远动系统进行了改造。采取更换远动系统的远动服务器、测控装置,优化内部设置;更换有功功率变送器为2路4~20mA模拟量等措施,解决了机组AGC调节性能差的问题。改造后AGC远动系统的调节性能满足电网考核要求。
Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Co.,Ltd., Baotou Power Branch made transformation to the remote system, due to the aging of two generating remote systems, and unreasonable internal software settings, which affected the AGC adjusting function. The problem of AGC adjustment poor performance had been sovled by replacing the remote system's remote server, the measurement and control devices to optimize internal settings, and replac, ing the old active transmitter to a 2-way active transmitter 4-20 mA analog, which solved the worse performance of AGC. The adjustment performance of the innvoted remote system meet the assessment requirement of the power net.
