摘要
高分子荧光微球是一种性能良好的蛋白质载体,因可连接多种生物活性物质而便于多参数分析等,在生物医学领域被广泛使用。本研究将聚苯乙烯微球作为蛋白质载体,建立一种新的检测禽流感病毒的血清学方法。结果表明,微球与单克隆抗体、抗原、多克隆抗体和荧光二抗形成了双夹心的微球复合物,建立了禽流感病毒定量免疫诊断的基础。
High polymer microsphere was a protein carrier with good capability, because a variety of biologically active substances can be connected to multiple parameters analysis and other advantages, it has been widely used in biomedical field. Therefore, a new immunoassay for detecting the avian influenza virus with polystyrene microspheres as protein carrier was studied. Under experiment verification, the microspheres and the monoclonal antibody, antigen, polyclonal antibody and fluorescence antibody formed sandwich composite microspheres, this built quantitative immunological diagnosis of avian influenza virus.
