摘要 为了解决等高线编程在非高速机床曲面加工中效率低、质量差的问题,提出在曲面加工中采用极坐标连续进给编程的方法,同时利用宏程序编程。以内环面为例,采用循环语句编制宏程序,并对宏程序进行了验证。该方法极大地提高了曲面零件的加工效率,避免在停刀处存在驻刀痕,为在非高速数控机床上加工曲面提供了编程方法与策略。 In order to solve the problem of contour programming inefficiency and poor quality in the non-high-speed machine curved surface processing, a continuous feed programming method based on polar coordinates in curved surface processing was pro- posed, while program was whiten using macro program. Taking inner loop surface as example, a loop was used to white macro program which was verified. Using this method, the processing efficiency of curved surface parts is effectively improved, knife marks in stopping place are avoided. It provides method and strategy for macro programs of processing curved surface in non-high-speed CNC machining.
