摘要
现代海战中,空中目标对于舰艇编队的威胁日益严重。及时、准确地评估空中目标威胁是舰艇编队提高生存能力的关键。传统目标威胁评估方法有的依赖于专家的主观判断,有的需要大量准确性较高的训练样本数据,从而使实际运用受到局限。提出了一种新的基于离差最大化的威胁评估方法,它适用于威胁评估指标权重完全未知,通过仿真算例验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。
In the modern naval battle, the air target threat for warship fleets is serious increasingly. Timely, accurate assessment of aerial targets threat is the key to improve the survivability of warship fleets. Traditional target threat assessment methods rely on expert's subjective judgment or need a lot of training sample data with higher accuracy, so that the actual use is limited. This p-aper puts forward a new method based on maximizing deviation, it applies to the threat assessment index weight are completely unknown, through the simulation example verified the rationality and validity of the method.
