摘要
结合舟山群岛新区发展现状,本文对舟山群岛新区在21世纪"海上丝绸之路"建设中的定位和作用进行研究,探索舟山群岛新区发展新路径。舟山应该定位为中华文化向东南亚甚至南亚、北非辐射的桥头堡和基地,应大力进行海洋文化之城建设。具体措施有申请"海上丝绸之路"世界文化遗产、承接并创建高端海洋文化论坛或活动、建设高端海洋体育休闲基地、搭建领先的创意孵化平台等。
based on the current situation of the development of zhoushan islands new district, can the zhoushan islands new district ＂Marine silk road＂ in the 21st century the positioning and role of construction, ex- plore new paths in zhoushan islands new district development. Zhoushan should target for Chinese culture to the southeast Asia and South Asia, north Africa, the bridgehead of radiation and base, strong cultural construction, construction of the city of Marine culture. Concrete has to apply for ＂Marine silk road＂ world cultural heritage, to undertake high-end Marine culture and create BBS Marine sports or activities, the construction of high-end leisure base, to build leading creative incubation platform and other measures.
