摘要
论述了果蔬预冷环节的重要性,针对果蔬预冷库,建立了太阳能吸附式制冷系统集热床的数学模型。利用活性炭-甲醇为工质对,采用太阳能真空集热管——水冷集热吸附床进行制冷,计算了吸附床内温度、吸附率随时间变化的关系,绘制出相应的曲线图。对太阳能吸附式制冷系统进行了性能分析,并提出了改进的方向。
This paper discusses the importance of per-cooling vegetable and fruit, establishes a mathematical model of the solar adsorption refrigeration system collector bed for pre-cooling storage of fruits and vegetables. It applies activated carbon - methanol as working pairs, takes solar vacuum tube-water cooled collector bed for refrigerating, adsorption temperature and adsorption rate versus time are calculated, draw the corresponding curve figure. The paper also analyzes the performance on solar adsorption refrigeration system and puts forward the direction of irnnrnvement
