Rocker棘突间动态稳定系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨Rocker棘突间动态稳定系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的原理、适应证和初步疗效。方法采用髓核摘除+Rocker系统固定治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例,与对照组髓核摘除+植骨融合内固定术进行对比研究。结果髓核摘除+Rocker系统固定治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后2周、1、3个月ODI功能障碍评分及VAS疼痛评分与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Rocker棘突间动态稳定系统是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效方法。
